OCCA CIRCUIT RIDER PLANNER PROGRAM

We are currently launching a circuit rider program, which will enable Austin to work with Otsego County communities on issues relative to them, ranging from comprehensive planning and regulations to environmental reviews. This position will help bring environmental concerns to the forefront of planning decisions in a way that is compatible with the individual needs and desires of participating communities.

Environmental planning provides tools and mechanisms for better understanding ourselves.
