Otsego County students ages 11-13 and 14-17 are invited to compete for camperships by filling out the blue form. Contest winners will receive a week-long stay at a New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Summer Camp, where they will spend their week immersed in the natural environment and enjoy a balance of environmental education, sportsman education, and outdoor fun.

The scholarship includes registration, room/board, trips, trips but not transportation to and from camp. Available camps are DeBruce (11-13 year olds only), Colby, Pack Forest and Rushford.

The registration for camp scholarships ends at NOON on Wednesday, March 21. Winners will be notified on March 22 and will receive a special code used to complete registration. DEC camp registration begins on March 24, 2024, at 1pm and all winners are responsible for their own registration.
