Join the Otsego County Conservation Association for our annual Day After Thanksgiving Hike at beautiful Glimmerglass State Park. On this Friday afternoon, trade the shopping crowds for fresh air and fall beauty as we explore the park’s trails and shoreline.
Led by OCCA Assistant Director, Shelby MacLeish, this leisurely hike will focus on tree identification in the fall, discovering what plants and fungi are still growing this time of year, and enjoying the stunning views of Otsego Lake. It’s a wonderful way to reconnect with nature, walk off your Thanksgiving feast, and celebrate the season with friends and family.
All are welcome—bring sturdy shoes, dress for the weather, and get ready to #OptOutside!
